WHat to bring to your first class?

if you are booking into a nogi class:

• a rashguard or sports t-shirt of your choice. ensure that there are no holes, pockets or zippers.
• shorts without pockets or zippers (footy shorts, muay thai shorts are acceptable).
• Females are permitted to wear leggings/spats.
• males must wear shorts over the top if they choose to wear spats
• shoes to wear when off the mat or going to the bathroom.
• A towel should you wish to shower after class.
• Water bottle (kids)

If you are unable to source a uniform, one will be provided for you free of charge, for the duration of your trial week.

If you are booking into a gi class:

• you are welcome to bring your own gi if you already have one. If you do not own a gi, one will be provided for you free of charge during your trial week.
• Please also bring a pair of shoes to wear when off the mat or going to the bathroom.
• A towel should you wish to shower after class.
• Water bottle (kids)

• please bring the same items as a nogi class
• wrestling shoes are permitted in this class

All classes are suitable for  beginners. students are welcome to book into any class of their choice.
