New Clients (Adults)

No - unfortunately, we are not currently offering free trials for new clients.
We do however have a one-week introduction offer of unlimited classes.

We believe clients get a better feel of the gym, the product we offer and the variety of classes/coaches this way.

Our introduction offer is 1 full week of unlimited classes.

It is not just reserved for new clients. Visitors with prior Jiu-Jitsu experience are welcome to purchase the offer.

It includes uniform rental. However, if you have your own uniform, you are welcome to use it.

It is updated in real time with information on the class, and the coach that will be running the session.

We run adults classes 7 days a week. 3-4 times a day on weekdays and once a day on weekends.

No.

You are welcome to wear a uniform of your choosing, so long as it is appropriate and safe.

We have uniforms for sale in our retail store should you choose to purchase one, however do not force you to do so.

You are welcome to attend any of the classes available.

We usually recommend the evening No-Gi classes as they are the busiest and the easiest place to meet other members 😊.

The weekend morning classes are also great as people often hang around and have a coffee afterwards.

Yes; unless it's your very first class.

Please book into each session via our app.

If it is your first time. Please visit us in store before your first class so that we can show you how to book.

If you are attending a No-Gi class:

  • Rash-guard or comfortable and tight fitting t-shirt (however we can lend you a rash-guard if you would prefer)
  • Shorts without pockets (we can also lend these)

If you are attending a Gi class:

  • We will provide a uniform (Gi) for you if you do not have your own.

Please bring:

  • A water bottle
  • Appropriate footwear to wear when you are walking around the gym, off of the mats.
