The frequency of training varies  based on each person, but training once or twice a week is a good starting point without over-working your body.

Classes typically begin with warm-ups and stretching before moving into drilling techniques, followed by sparring.

Everyone is welcome to join in our classes, even those who have never heard of Brazilian jiu jitsu before! You don’t need to bring anything except a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
