The beginning of the year is always a busy period for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academies; before things start to quieten down for winter. Here’s some important things you need to know regarding our booking system, and class sizes.

👵🏽 Adults:

🅱️ Book in for classes. Especially the busy ones. 🅱️

• Numbers will be restricted to 36 clients per class.
  
  
• If you are not booked in for a class, and capacity has been reached. You will not be able to train.
  This is for safety reasons, and to not dilute the quality of the classes / training.
  
  
• If you are booked into a class that has reached capacity, however fail to show up (meaning another client has missed out) a $5 penalty applies.
  
  
• It is important to book in for classes early and to schedule your training.
  
  
• If you are having problems with your account on the Academy Four Eleven app, please see Raph at the front desk.

Please contact us via the contact page, we will book you into the class manually so that you don't miss out.

Classes do not usually reach capacity, we normally have enough room in the majority of our classes for everybody to have enough space to train in. However some of our classes have started becoming too busy. We have duty of care towards all of our clients. We would like to avoid a breach of duty of care which results in damage / injury to a student. 

👨‍👩‍👧 KIDS:

It is rare that kids classes reach capacity. However, the classes are getting busier each month.

Please book your child into classes. If you have not yet setup a family account with our app, please see Raph at the front desk.

• Kids will be restricted to 30 per class. (PENGUINS CLASS)
  
  
• Kids & Teens will be restricted to 36 per class (Kids & Teens)

The penguins class will see a ratio of 15 kids for every 1 instructor. In the event that more than 15 kids are booked in for class; the class will be split into 2 groups, with each instructor managing their respective group of kids.

The kids & Teens class will see a ratio of 18 kids for every 1 instructor. In the event that more than 18 kids are booked in for class; the class will be split into 2 groups. One instructor managing the younger/smaller kids and one instructor managing the older teens.
